Ask ChatGPT versus Ask Google Search--"What software tools are used and how are they used step by step in next generation sequencing (NGS)?"

For the scientific questions, ChatGPT is great, but still needs improving. I have impression that the large language models are replacing the large text databases, e.g., AlphaFold2 are replacing the PDB database, ChatGPT has the potential to replace multiple text knowledge databases including wikipedia, stack overflow websites, academic proceedings, books, libraries, etc. I could be wrong, may be not replacing them, ChatGPT has the potential to intergrate all of them into single powerful language AI model.
